The Evolve team is made up of a number of individuals with a vast wealth of experience and knowledge of establishing and managing apprenticeship and recruitment programmes

Crystal Fernandes – Chair of the Evolve Board and Group Employment and Skills Manager at Circle

Dave Cowell – Dave started his working life in 1998 working as part of the incident flood risk management team, for the Environment agency. In previous years Dave has worked with organisations such as the Apollo Groups SHEQ (Safety Health Environment and Quality) which was part of the merger which went on to form the £1 Billion national organisation “Keepmoat” with 5 other groups. Dave has recently joined United House as the company Learning and Development manager.

Paul Robinson – Employed by Barratt London as a Project Director, Paul has worked for Barratt Developments PLC for over 12 years on High Rise Residential Developments in East London. Previous experience includes working at the London Olympics Athletes village for Bovis Lendlease.

Steve Owen – Steve is an experienced Human Resources professional who has worked in the construction industry since 1998, having spent time with a major private developer with an annual turnover in excess of £1.2m, a main contractor and piling company. Steve is currently employed by Willmott Dixon Housing as the Senior Human Resources Manager for their offices in Shefford, Bedfordshire, and New Barnet, London.

Les Howell – Les has been a Framework Manager with iESE for 12 months and previously worked for Mace for six years and British Airways as a Change Programme Manager. Les has strong experience both in project and contract management and has lead the renegotiation of two significant schools PFI agreements.

Sian Williams – Sian has been working for CITB since 2007, in a number of different roles, most recently working as part of the Account Services Department as a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme Manager. Sian has been involved with Shared Apprenticeship Schemes since their conception, working on the original pilot projects for CITB in the North West.

Keith Watkins - Keith has worked for CITB for 10 years and held a number of key posts on a national basis. Keith currently works as as the Account Services Manager with the responsibility of establishing Shared Apprenticeship Schemes across the country with key strategic partners.

David Shaw - David is the Director of Financial Services and leads the Shared Financial Services Team to provide an innovative and high quality service throughout the Group and our Registered Providers (RPs). This includes Group Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, Rents Finance, Group Fixed Assets and Tax.

Yvonne Pick – Yvonne is the Employment and Enterprise Manager at Hyde and has 20 years experience in the employment and training sector including five years designing and delivering services in the homeless sector. A key element of Yvonne’s role has been working with contractors and Hydes supply chain to develop social value commitment through Hydes contracting process.
