Evolve Apprentices Ltd currently have a vacancy in Enfield for anyone interested in starting and completing a Level 4 Contracting Site Management apprenticeship. This apprenticeship may be changed to a Level 3 Contracting Site Supervisor apprenticeship. We offer a 100% guaranteed interview for those that apply*.

The Level 4 Contracting Site Management leads to employment as a supervisor or manager within a chosen specialist technical activity, such as building and civil engineering, highways and maintenance repair, residential development, conservation, demolition or tunnelling. They are associated with the dimensional control and application of technical solutions on construction projects and are based on construction sites with occasional time in offices. Tasks can include working with the civil engineers on the design of construction sites, planning the work to be done on the construction site, preparing the materials, labour and facilities for the site, recording and reporting work progress, supervising staff effectively, follow health and safety policies, and minimise the environmental impact of the site.
Qualifications – Five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths, English and a Science; or a Level 2 Apprenticeship. English and Maths at Level 3 will need to be achieved before taking the end point assessment and will be included in the Level 4 qualification.
Behaviour/Characteristics : You will attend college one day a week and the other four will be on site. You must be dedicated to starting and completing this apprenticeship. Be able to manage your time, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. Be willing to travel. Have basic computer skills.
