Evolve is a not-for-profit organisation that manages the CITB Shared Apprenticeship Scheme in London, Birmingham and the West Midlands. It has responded to industry demand by:
- Providing construction contractors with an opportunity to meet local training obligations
- Creating and maximising training opportunities for apprentices in the
construction industry

Benefits of using Evolve
Using a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme allows you to take on an apprentice without a lengthy commitment to seeing an apprentice through their entire apprenticeship.
Our profits are reinvested into the business to support the training of the apprentices.
We provide HR support and monthly visits to the Host contractor and the apprentice throughout the duration of the placement.
We are funded and supported by the CITB, a nationwide organisation committed to the training of the workforce.
