Providing Social Value

Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in Construction
The FIR Programme is an industry-wide initiative that is making workplaces better for everyone. We provide free resources and training to any person or company that wants to access and use them. We help employers to meet their legal obligations around equality and anti-discrimination and to empower people to make their workplaces more supportive for all.
As part of our commitment to a fair and inclusive recruitment process, Evolve staff have been accredited as Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in Construction Ambassadors.
Single Homeless Project
They do this by providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and being a voice for change.
From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, we make a difference to 8,000 lives every year.
